NGI Sale Support (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the ASM Vikas mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the App.

By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

a) Information you provide

• Mobile number and OTP verification details
• Employee name, employee ID, and job role
• Profile photo (stored locally on your device)
• Daily work journals and leave/miss-punch request details

b) Information collected automatically

• Camera & selfie photo: A photo is captured at the time of punch-in and punch-out for attendance verification. The photo is uploaded to our server and linked to your attendance record.
• Location (GPS): Your device location is collected at the time of punching to verify you are at an authorised office branch. We do not track your location in the background.
• Device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.

• Verify your identity and attendance via selfie and location
• Record punch-in and punch-out times
• Process leave applications and missed-punch requests
• Display salary and work-related information to you
• Improve app performance and fix issues

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With your employer/organisation administrator for attendance and payroll management
• With service providers who host our servers, under strict confidentiality agreements
• When required by law or legal process

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and implement industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest. Profile photos chosen from your gallery are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

We retain your attendance and salary records for as long as your employment with the organisation is active, or as required by applicable labour laws. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

• Withdraw consent for camera or location access via device settings

The App is intended for use by employees of registered organisations and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
